1. Wrap a string around your head & measure length with a tape measure.
2.Measure your favorite hat laying flat.

HATS BY HEAD SIZE

SMALL - 20-22 inches
MEDIUM - 22-24 inches
LARGE - 24-26 inches

HATS MEASURED LAYING FLAT
SMALL - 10 inches
MEDIUM - 10.5 inches
LARGE - 11 inches

Then choose the hat size that best fits
If you are in between sizes I would recommend sizing down to account for stretch
